Terms of use

The service

ClipFeed is the private workspace of one clipping campaign. Access is with a login given by the campaign manager. By using it you accept these terms.

Instagram accounts

• You connect your own professional Instagram accounts (Creator or Business) on ClipFeed, through Meta's official authorisation. The number of accounts is limited (5 to start); the team can raise that limit.
• Once an account is connected and active, ClipFeed publishes the campaign videos on it automatically: up to 4 posts a day, at least 6 hours apart, never the same video twice on one account within 24 hours. You do not post anything yourself.
• You connect your account yourself through Meta's official authorisation (My Instagram accounts, Connect with Instagram). Never give your Instagram password or a security code to anybody, not to Kora and not to the team: nobody will ask you for them.
• One Instagram account can be linked to one clipper only.
• You can remove ClipFeed's access at any time from Instagram (Settings, Apps and websites).

What is paid

• 1,000 views = 0.10 $. Views are the ones Instagram itself reports through its official API (organic views), sometimes up to 48 hours late.
• Only posts published on one of your active accounts, after its activation date, and confirmed by the API count. There is no link to send: the views of each post are read again all through the month cycle, and every new eligible view is paid.
• If Instagram corrects a figure downwards, nothing is taken back automatically; only an admin can make an adjustment, with a written reason.
• Any fraud (bought views, bots, another account's post) leads to the account's suspension and the cancellation of the earnings concerned.

Withdrawals

• 50 $ minimum. At most two requests per calendar month, counted in UTC (a rejected request does not count).
• Pay goes by month cycle (four weeks from a Monday 09:00 Goma time, sometimes with a bonus week given by the client). The administrator closes the cycle: the views of its posts are then final, and the cycle can be asked for from the 15th of the next month. The amount is reserved as soon as you ask, then an admin contacts you in private on Discord for the payment.
• ClipFeed processes no payment itself: it only keeps the balances and the requests.

Content

The videos are provided for the campaign and published by ClipFeed on your connected accounts. You remain responsible for your accounts and your activity on them (natural, authentic activity, no bots and no automation), following Instagram's and the campaign's rules.
